How To Create an Engaging LinkedIn Carousel in Less Than 30 Mins

Are you ready to take your LinkedIn presence to the next level?

In this guide, we'll walk you through creating captivating carousels using Canva and leveraging the power of ChatGPT to generate compelling content.

Let's dive in!

Crafting Dynamic Carousels with Canva and ChatGPT

1. Conceptualize Your Carousel:

  • Log in to ChatGPT

  • Start a new conversation

  • Ask ChatGPT for 5 carousel ideas about [your topic]

2. Generate Compelling Content:

  • Review the output and choose one of the ideas



  • Ask ChatGPT to generate the content for each slide

    Prompt ChatGPT with specific details as you want.





    The butter input = The butter output


  • Review the output. If you don't like it, you can ask again in a different way




3. Organize Content in a Table:

  • Now, Prompt ChatGPT to put the details into a table



  • If required, Prompt ChatGPT to edit or change any info


Keep prompting ChatGPT until you are satisfied with the output

4. Transfer Table to Excel:

  • Copy-Paste table data to Excel or Google Sheet.



5. Design with Canva:

  • Go to Canva

  • Start a new design for LinkedIn Carousel





  • Select a template that you like.






    Since we have 3 columns in the excel sheet; we will have 3 placeholders as well in the template


  • Edit the template and prepare it for bulk create feature



6. Utilize Bulk Creation:

  • Navigate to Bulk Create.






    If you don’t see the bulk create icon, then click on the apps icon and search for it



  • Input content manually or via Excel.







  • Copy the content from the excel sheet and paste it on.




7. Generate Pages:

  • Right click on the text and connect it to the proper data





8. Refine and improve:

  • Review and refine each page.

  • Tweak formatting for flawless presentation.

  • Once the data is connected, the design should look like this




  • Click "Generate pages"





  • Now you have several pages.





    All you need to do now is to go through each page and fix the format, if required

9. Download and Distribute:

  • Secure your masterpiece by downloading as a PDF.







10. Craft a Winning LinkedIn Post:

  • Solicit ChatGPT for a captivating LinkedIn post.

  • Inject personality and polish for maximum engagement.




    Make sure to proofread and humanize the output from ChatGPT



11. Share with the World:

  • Now publish on LinkedIn, Choose ‘“ Attach document”.


With ChatGPT's assistance, generating compelling content becomes a breeze, while Canva provides the perfect canvas to bring your ideas to life.
